My current run time is 8.56, but I sense almost ill afterward due to the fact I exerted myself also significantly so i want to improve my fitness and CV, any ideas?

consider jogging with ankle weights or even leaping up and down with them on. makes your calves much better and offers your more elg energy gain you run. thats what my monitor coach has us do
